The Droid 3 will have a 4-inch qHD touchscreen with a resolution of 960×540. Design wise, the Motorola Droid 3 will be similar to its predecessor with a 5-row slide-out physical keyboard.

The Motorola Droid 3 will be powered by a dual-core TI OMAP 4430 1GHz processor. It will have 16GB of internal storage but no microSD card because of the big memory available. Not so sure about that trade-off though, regardless, the Droid 3 will also be missing 4G LTE support.

On the other hand, the Droid 3 will be running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will feature dual-cameras. The main rear camera will be 8-megapixel and have LED flash and be able to record 1080p videos. The Droid 3 can also act as a hotspot device for up to 5 devices.

The Droid 3 will be GSM based, hence will work on any GSM cellular provider in the world.

The Motorola Droid 3 will have to face stiff competition from Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus and the Iphone 5 as it gets release this summer.
