Samsung releasing Galaxy Note 2 updates

Samsung released a small update to its Galaxy Note 2 phablet phone. The update which is minor in effect will improve stability and fix battery drain issues.

The update which is based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, is available in most European countries via Samsung Kies or Over the Air. What exactly does that mean? It means that if you’re on contract, you will have to wait for your wireless carrier to authorize the change before they can release it to you. Hopefully it won’t take too long.

If it does, then hopefully they’ll integrate it with the new functionalities from the Galaxy S4 and Android 4.2.2 as it should become available for the Note 2 and the S3 in Q3 2013.
Now that would be a nice refresher for those year old devices. It would be like rejuvenating them, don’t you think? All I can say is keep your fingers crossed!
