Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is finally reaching more and more devices. This time it’s Sony’s turn to roll out the update to it’s Xperia Active and Tablet P.
The Sony P Tablet is one of the most unique Android device with it’s clamshell design. This new ICS update brings the best of Android with a Sony touch.
ICS improvements include a better layout, better multitasking handling as well as an overall better performance.
In addition, Sony added some new features such as direct access to SD card and some new photo viewing option. A new function with this update is the ability to take pictures even with the screen lock without having to go through the apps camera process.
Needless to say that if you own the Sony P Tablet you should definitely go for that great update. Problem for now is that the update is not yet available for all regions. The update is only available for now in select market. You will get a notification when the update is available in your region or you can go and check manually.
