Pandigital is introducing three very affordable tablets, the Planet, Nova, and Star.
All three tablets have a 7-inch touchscreen, and will be Wi-Fi enabled.
The Planet and Star Pandigital tablet will be running Android 2.2 Froyo, whereas the Nova tablet will be running Android 2.3 Gingerbread. All tablets will eventually be upgradable to future OS versions when available.
Apps for these tablets will be available from GetJar, the original application store on which Angry Birds was first available.
All three tablets will be available in the US this fall for less than $200.
