Smartphones are getting bigger and bigger. With the standard screen size being 4.3-inch among high-end phones, HTC is pushing it to 4.5-inch with the HTC Holiday.
With the Holiday, HTC is joining Samsung with the Infuse 4G on AT&T and the upcoming Samsung Hercules on T-Mobile. Dell even went up to a 5 inch touchscreen with the Dell Streak.
The upcoming HTC Holiday will feature a 4.5-inch qHD touchscreen. The Holiday will be powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 1 GB of RAM. Dual cameras will be available on the HTC Holiday, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera.
The HTC Holiday should be available on AT&T this fall and will be running Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread.
