Dell has introduced a 10-inch tablet to be available only in China – the Dell Streak 10 Pro.
The tablet runs Android 3.1 Honeycomb operating system and features a 1GHz dual-core processor. Video conference is possible on the Dell Streak 10 Pro thanks to its 2 megapixel front camera, a 5 megapixel camera is also available in the back.
Wi-Fi only version with 16GB of storage is available right now, and Dell will assess the possibility of introducing a 3G version depending on consumer demand.
The Chinese market is Dell’s second biggest market and Dell is trying to make itself known as huge opportunities are available there.
The Dell Streak 10 Pro will retail for 2999 yuan (USD $465). In comparison, Apple’s iPad 2 retails for 3688 yuan (USD $575).
